  • Telephone fundraising or collections.

If  you are approached by one of the above methods, please contact the development team on 01904 659570 or email info@ywt.org.uk .

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust has a procedure for handling complaints relating to fundraising and will try and resolve any issues concerning our fundraising activity directly. If this does not resolve the issue, we will be happy to send you a copy of our complaints procedure and provide information about how you can raise your complaint with the Fundraising Regulator

We provide an Annual Complaints Return to the Fundraising Regulator each April. For the year 2016-17 we received two complaints relating to our membership scheme (loss of membership card, delivery of mailing to old address) but no complaints relating to fundraising.

You have the opportunity to opt outof any existing communications by any method at any time, just drop us a line. Opting out will not affect your membership mailings, some of which are a legal requirement (Direct Debit advance notice letters for example).
